South Jersey Gas and New Jersey’s Clean Energy Program (NJCEP) offer financing and rebates to new and existing natural gas customers. Whether you’re switching to natural gas equipment or to high-efficiency models, you may qualify for one or more financing incentives. Several options are available for you to choose what best meets your budget and energy needs.
If you’re switching from natural gas heating, installing a natural gas water heater, and/or installing furnace or boiler, you may qualify for the incentives below. High-efficiency equipment is not a requirement for this offer.
If you are already heating with natural gas or switching to natural gas heating, and you upgrade to a high efficiency natural gas water heater and/or furnace or boiler, you may qualify for the following incentives:
- Up to $11,000 at 0% interests for 7 years SJG
- Up to $950 rebate from NJCEP
If you choose not to finance you may qualify for the following incentives when you upgrade to high efficiency natural gas equipment.
- Furnace or boiler
- $500 rebate from SJG
- Up to $500 rebate from NJCEP
Based on the energy efficient improvements you choose you may qualify for the following incentives.
- Up to $10,000 at 0% interests for 7 years SJG
- Up to $4,000 rebate from NJCEP
- Up to $15,000 at 0.99% interests for 9 years from SJG
- Up to $4,000 rebate from NJCEP
